Denver Animal, Pest & Wildlife Control Pricing
Squirrels: We have a flat price that includes removing
ALL the squirrels from the attic and repairing one entry
point, which is $300.
Additional repairs are $30 each. There are no extra costs or
trip charges.
Pigeons: Repairs, bird spikes, screening, netting, repellents, trapping,
deterrents and clean-up are quoted at inspection.
Bats: Repairs, repellents, screening, exclusion & guano clean up
are quoted at inspection.
Skunks: $75 2 trap set-up. Denver area only
$75 per trip for skunk removal.
Permanent repairs can be quoted at the inspection.
All skunks must be euthanized per Colorado Law.

Raccoons: Chimney: $250 complete removal and screen/cap chimney
Attic: $300 complete removal of all raccoons from attic
and repair 1 entry point. Additional repairs are
$30 each.

Mice: $225 Multiple bait treatments. This eliminates all the mice.
Permanent repairs are quoted at inspection.
Bee/Wasp: $95 treatment.
We can remove the nest if it's visible at no additional charge
We do not treat or remove honeybee nests.
Trip Charges: A trip charge is assessed only when there
is an animal in the trap.
We don't charge to reset, replace
stolen bait, re-bait, re-evaluate or close the job. You are only charged
if we trap an animal. If we catch something other than what we are
hired to trap, there is no charge to come and release the animal.
If
we catch multiple animals, the charge is the same.
We do not
charge to "close the job and pick up the traps when we are all
finished."
Repair Work: Since the damage
caused by animals entering your home and is specific to each situation,
repair work, clean up and repellents can only be accurately quoted at
the time of inspection. If you call the office and explain the
situation, we can give you a general guideline as to what it will cost
to permanently rid your house of animals and pests.
Warranty: See our warranty page. All of our work is guaranteed for life.
Have you already had a company out to bid your work?: If you have already had another pest,
animal or wildlife control company out to your home for a bid and you
want a second opinion, call us. We will do a thorough inspection and
give you a firm cost to permanently remedy the problem. There is no cost
to you. We will also credit any inspection fee you have paid to our
services.
Payment: We do not require any payment up front.
Once the problem is resolved and the work is completed, we ask for the
full balance by either check, cash or credit card. In certain cases, we
can accept monthly payments.
Discounts: We
offer a 10% discount to seniors and active military personnel.

We do not charge an inspection fee for any of our services.
We don't feel it's appropriate to charge an inspection fee for the opportunity to earn your business.
If you've paid an inspection fee to another wildlife control company and decide to use us, we will credit the fee you paid toward our services.
